Tonya m. Singer is a freelance photographer based in Cleveland, Ohio who received a BFA in photography at Kent State University. During this time she became knowledgable in capture one pro, adobe cc suite, Studio lighting, and gallery installation.

Singer has a love for people that has developed into a passion for portraiture. She specializes in the constructed image, self portraiture, as well as any heavily conceptual, symbolic and narrative-driven work– people or not! In analyzing her work, you may find her work leans heavily into entropy and pulls inspiration from the Mannerist art style.
